Families and bathrooms

I am always amazed how bathrooms play a important part in a house. Especially with larger families. Bathroom is not a room you hang out in, but its important. Its usally the smallest room in the house, but it gets fair use in a family with kids. Parents these days want their own bathroom. Kids have their own, and they need one for themselfs. I saw it today when I went out for showings with a family.

I guess what I learned the most today, is listening to my clients needs. Everyone in the family has a say, and parents want space that works on keeping the kids happy.
