I hope I can compete for your business when your ready to sell or buy a home.  I have been a Realtor since Jan 2006. My first experience working in real estate started in 1994.  That is when I worked for a non-profit housing developer for my summer internship in college.  I graduated from the University of Illinois-Urbana, with a BA in Urban and Regional Planning in 1995.  Beginning in 2002, I became a investor.  Since then, I have personally bought and sold property in the Chicagoland area.  I have been a investor,  landlord, condo board officer, and flipper.  I am not afraid of putting in some time for sweat equity.   All my experience comes with me when you are ready to buy and sell.  Thank you for allowing me to earn your business.
